Your information

Privacy notice

Last updated: 23 October 2026. This notice covers the FanVilla website and initial inquiries. Any later account-management service will be explained separately.

Who handles your information

Federico, operating under the FanVilla brand, is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: federico@fanvillaagency.com.

What you share and why

The form collects your name, email, public OnlyFans profile, a brief description of your work, the help you need and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Social profiles and livestream details are optional. Required fields let us assess your inquiry and reply; without them, the form cannot send your request. You can also contact us by email.

We use this information to consider working together, respond and arrange a call, taking steps at your request before any agreement. Technical information, including IP addresses, may be processed to operate the website and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Keep descriptions general. Do not send passwords, identity documents, private or explicit content, or information about your health or sex life. This website is intended for adults only.

Who receives it

Federico and authorized FanVilla team members may review inquiries where needed for their work. The website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure; Resend sends the form notification, and Google Workspace receives and stores the email. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Inquiries are not published on the website.

These services may process information outside your country. Resend's selected sending region is Japan. Provider locations and contractual data-protection arrangements vary by service; contact us for details about the arrangements relevant to your inquiry. We may also disclose information where legally required.

How long it is kept

Inquiry emails are kept while we evaluate your request and maintain an active discussion. When that purpose ends, they should be deleted unless they are needed for an agreed service, a legal obligation or a specific dispute. The applicable purpose and any required legal period determine retention. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant service's retention settings and policies. The form does not create a separate database of inquiries.

Your choices and rights

Email us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or to object to its use, where applicable. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You can also complain to the competent data-protection authority or seek a judicial remedy.

Browser storage and other websites

We save your language and privacy preferences in your browser. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and contact steps, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help us improve the website. These services process technical data such as device information, interactions and network information, and may use analytics cookies. Clarity masks text and form content; we do not send form answers, names, emails or profile links as analytics events. Advertising consent remains disabled. You can reject analytics without affecting the website, or withdraw permission using Privacy preferences. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. Google and Microsoft process analytics under their own policies and retention settings, potentially outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement. Hosting and sign-in services may use technical cookies for access and security. External links, including Instagram, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
